Kidsgivemehope.com is this little website I found where people can submit short stories about the cute things kids do that give them hope. Some are really sad, but others are adorable. I picked out a few that made me smile, and I hope they'll make you smile too :-)
"Today I was eating lunch at the mall and noticed a girl about 6 years old nonchalantly putting quarters in every single candy machine on the first floor.
She then took an escalator to the second floor and watched with a smile as kids became happy and excited when they discovered the money.
She gives me hope!"

"My little sister is in preschool, and they had to write two things they are thankful for.
She wrote, ''This Thanksgiving I am thankful for my big sister and bananas."
Her innocent love gives me hope!"

"One day, me and my little brother were at the mall and we were at the pet shop.
I was about to pet a parrot when my brother said, "No please don't touch him!"
When I asked him why, he said, "Because then he'll eat you and then I won't have my best friend anymore!"
My "best friend" gives me hope."

"I was shopping for groceries one day when I saw this small child annoying his mum.
He said, "Mummyyyyy. Mummy! Mummy! Mummy!...Mummyyyy!"
And finally, the mum shouted,"WHAT?!"
And then the little boy said,"I love you!" and showed off his toothless grin. Kids give me hope!"

"I was in the car with my 6 year old brother, Connor.
He was telling stories about his day at school. When all of a sudden he asked to stop the car! So my mother pulled over and let him out.
He sneezed. He then told us that he didn't want his mommy getting sick.
Our mom has cancer, and has a very bad immune system.
Kids like my brother gives me hope!"

"Today, my husband and I were fighting because he forgot to send out our bills.
Afterwards there was an eerie silence. Our 3 year old came by and said, "Now, make up."
She made us hold hands and sing the whole Barney's "I love you, you love me" song.
We laughed the rest of the day about it. She gives me hope!"

"All week, kids come trick-or-treating at my campus.
I was dressed as Batgirl, handing out candy, and this little boy dressed as Batman came up.
He yanked on his mom's hand and said, "Mommy, mommy!!! I found her! My wife!!!!" Without any further hesitation, he swooshed his cape and asked me to marry him.
Batman kid, you gives me hope!!"

"Two days ago, I finally met my boyfriend's nine year old niece.
She seemed very shy at first, but she warmed up very quickly.
After 10 minutes playing together, she stopped, put her hands on her hips, and declared, "Uncle Chad, if you don't marry her, I'll never talk to you again." Kids give me hope!"
